Who we are
Our website address: https://thepeasantsdaughter.net
You are welcome to link back to any recipe or article on The Peasant’s Daughter. You may use 1 (one) image without needing to ask permission for usage.
If you are looking to recreate one of my recipes on your own blog with your own instructions and photography, a link back is very appreciated — I would love to see what you did!
All content and media on The Peasant’s Daughter website is created and published online for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice and should not be relied on as health, dietary, or personal advice.
Always seek the guidance of your doctor or other qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your health or a medical condition. Never disregard the advice of a medical professional, or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Website.
External (outbound) links to other websites or educational material (e.g. pdf’s etc…) that are not explicitly created by The Peasant’s Daughter are followed at your own risk. Under no circumstances is The Peasant’s Daughter responsible for the claims of third party websites or educational providers.
Some of the links leading to products may be affiliate links — meaning I may earn a small commission from their sale at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links will always be disclosed on the respective pages that may contain said links. If there is no affiliate disclosure but there is a link to a product, that means it is NOT an affiliate link and I receive nothing in return from the recommendation.
The Peasant’s Daughter is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon. You are not charged additional monies by clicking on any Amazon Affiliate links.
Anything and everything affiliate linked will be based entirely upon my personal recommendation and endorsement of said product or service.
I may occasionally work with brands in exchange for monetary compensation.
Sponsored posts and pages will clearly state that they are sponsored.
Much like affiliate links, I will never accept sponsorships from brands or companies that I do not truly use myself and wholeheartedly recommend.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We use Google Analytics on our website to track the traffic coming into our site. This lets us know which areas are performing well and allows us to optimize the website to better serve you.
Who we share your data with
Your data is never shared outside of the permissions you have granted us. We will never pass on, sell, or expose your personal data for any purpose outside of pre-determined and agreed-upon instances. An example of this would be you winning a contest on this site and us needing to share your information with the shipping company or company granting the prize.
We hate spam as much as you do and respect your privacy.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding privacy and your data, please feel free to reach out to The Peasant’s Daughter through email: hello @ thepeasantsdaughter . com (remove all spaces) or through our contact form on this page.
