Warm Vanilla Custard Milk Drink
This warm, nutrient-dense drink is how I both start and end my day. Best of all it tastes great for adults and children alike. It is also very quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

cups
whole milk
1
whole egg
1
egg yolk
1
teaspoon
cinnamon OR whatever spice or spice blend you prefer
nutmeg, pumpkin spice, cardamom etc.

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Pinch
of sea salt
Honey to taste

Instructions
Over medium heat, warm up the milk in a medium saucepan, making sure it does not boil.
Once hot, pour the hot or warm milk into a blender.
Add spices and other ingredients (excluding the egg)
Turn the blender on.
With the blender running add your egg and yolk, turn it up to medium (if possible) and let run for 30 seconds.
Pour milk through fine mesh colander into mug and serve.
