Raw Kefir Smoothie With Berries, Collagen & Egg Yolks

A raw milk Kefir smoothie. Kefir is a fermented probiotic raw milk beverage. Here it is blended with berries, collagen, raw egg yolks, and creamed coconut to make for a nutrient-dense start to the day.


2 cups raw kefir 2 raw egg yolks 2 tablespoons collagen powder 1 tablespoon creamed coconut 1 cup of mixed berries or other fruits.  Dash of cinnamon Dash of vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt

Step by Step Instructions


Step 1

Combine all of your ingredients except for the egg yolks into a blender.

Step 2

Process until smooth.

Step 3

Add your egg yolks and process again until incorporated.
