Water Lemons Salt  Raw Honey or Maple Syrup Trace Minerals (Optional) Coconut Water (Optional) Other Citrus Fruits (Optional)

Step by Step Instructions


Step 1

Juice your lemons and other citrus fruits, if using.

Step 2

Add all the ingredients into your bottle or jar.

Step 3

Gently stir is using sparkling mineral water, or simply shake the jar (covered) if using plain still water.

Step 4

Add a few slices of lemon or other fruits into the jar too. Enjoy.
